Strategic consulting

Where appointed for pre-design or planning advice, we act as consultants. Permit issuance is handled by an independent third-party surveyor.

Statutory surveying (RBS)

When acting as Relevant Building Surveyor, we keep strict statutory control and do not provide conflicting design or planning consultancy.
